How and when do I pay?

Only after you’ve reviewed and approved your finished book — we build the whole thing free first. Payment happens in the chat, by card, securely. Shipping is calculated at cost from your address — you see it before you pay.

What if the handwriting is barely legible?

We never invent anything. Whatever can’t be read with certainty is flagged for YOU to review and correct before printing. An heirloom that’s 90% right is 100% wrong — that’s why you review every page.

Does it work if the recipes aren’t written down?

Yes. Send a voice note telling the recipe — we write it down as told, in their words. Or paste the text from a chat, or send a link. And if they’re handwritten, even better: the handwriting stays on the page as a keepsake.

How many recipes fit?

Up to 15 — the ones your family actually cooks. Got more? Make Volume 1 now, and Volume 2 whenever you like. Never a fatter book: two heirlooms.

What happens to my photos?

They’re your family’s, period. We don’t train models on your content, we strip photo locations, and if one day you want everything deleted, everything gets deleted — data, photos, and pages.

What language will the book be in?

The language of the recipes. Grandma’s handwriting isn’t translated — it’s honored.

Do you ship to my country?

How long does it take?

The free sample: minutes. The full draft to review: under 48 hours. The printed book: days to 2–3 weeks depending on your country — we always tell you before you pay.

What if the book arrives damaged or with a printing error?

We reprint it and reship it, free. Period.

What’s the 60-day guarantee?

If the printed book disappoints you within 60 days of delivery, we refund it — on top of the free reprint for any damage or printing error. You approved every page before it printed, so this almost never happens; the guarantee is there so you never have to take our word for it.
